NIKKEN SEKKEI LTD, KYOWA EXEO Corporation, WHERE, Inc., OMRON Corporation, Kanda Tsushinki Co., Ltd., and X1StudioCo., Ltd. started the verification of the cooperation between the “sensor / equipment control network system utilizing cloud platform” and the control of building equipment (lighting / air conditioning) and the utilization of AI for effective use of workplace and optimization of indoor environment.

In the efforts of the five leading companies (NIKKEN SEKKEI LTD, KYOWA EXEO Corporation, WHERE, Inc., OMRON Corporation, and Kanda Tsushinki Co., Ltd.), it was started that the operation of lighting control cooperation in the actual office where the sensor network system was constructed as the place for demonstration experiments.

Furthermore, with the addition of X1StudioCo., Ltd., it was also started the verification of air conditioning control by cloud BAS (Building Automation System) and AI utilization on the cloud, aiming to demonstrate air conditioning control cooperation and advance sensor data and control logic by AI. The six companies will contribute to the acceleration of work style reforms and the realization of a carbon-neutral society through the development, dissemination, and improvement of this system based on demonstration experiments through collaborative creation.
